4764 appeals from citizens and 1461 requests for information were considered by employees of the Secretariat of the High Council of Justice during eleven months of 2024.
For the period, 2286 appeals from citizens were received to the HCJ hotline at the telephone number: (044) 481-06-26. In the course of the telephone conversations, citizens received informational and advisory responses within the powers of the High Council of Justice.
There were also 11312 cover letters on sending copies of the acts of the HCJ and its bodies prepared by employees of the Secretariat of the Council; 20352 copies of the acts of the HCJ, its bodies and members of the HCJ were issued, 25364 pages of draft documents of the HCJ were edited.
During January – November of 2024, 5290 acts of the HCJ, 2675 other documents and 720 news items were published on the official website of the High Council of Justice; 1605 information materials were published on social media pages of the HCJ.
Almost 3000 information materials were published in the “News” section of the “Judiciary of Ukraine” portal.
