According to the notification of the Council of Judges of Ukraine, which was received by the High Council of Justice on May 17, 2022, according to requirements of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, the decision of the Council of Judges of Ukraine of May 12, 2022, No. 12 has determined the date and place of holding of the XIX extraordinary congress of judges of Ukraine.
The agenda of the XІХ extraordinary congress of judges of Ukraine includes an issue regarding election of members of the High Council of Justice.
The date of holding of the congress – July 11-13, 2022.
The venue – premises of the Kyiv appellate court at the address: Kyiv, Solomianska street 2а.
The Secretariat of the High Council of Justice conducts the acceptance of documents from candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice to be elected by the congress of judges of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of Articles 8, 9, 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”.
The Secretariat of the High Council of Justice will accept documents from candidates for the position of the HCJ member to be elected by the congress of judges of Ukraine from May 17, 2022.
The date of ending of acceptance of the documents – 24:00 on June 10, 2022.
