Changes were made to the composition of the Disciplinary Chambers of the High Council of Justice

On 19 March 2026, the High Council of Justice considered the issue of introducing changes to the composition of its Disciplinary Chambers.

By decision of the HCJ, Tetiana Viktorivna Spiridonova was appointed to the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice, and Dmytro Oleksandrovych Krupoderia to the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice.

It should be recalled that on 10 March 2026, at the 20th regular Congress of Judges of Ukraine, two members of the High Council of Justice were elected: Dmytro Oleksandrovych Krupoderia and Tetiana Viktorivna Spiridonova.

According to Parts 2 and 3 of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice,” the High Council of Justice forms Disciplinary Chambers from among its members. The number of Disciplinary Chambers and the composition of each chamber are determined by a decision of the High Council of Justice, taking into account the requirements of this Law.
