HCJ will make submission of appointing a judge to the Chernobaivskyi district court of Cherkasy region

On March 25, 2025, the HCJ decided to make submission to the President of Ukraine on appointing Chubai Volodymyr Viktorovych to the Chernobaivskyi distric court of Cherkasy region.

HCJ resigned seven judges

On March 25, 2025, the HCJ took decision on dismissal of seven judges due to filling applications for resignation, namely:

  • Saloid Nadiia Mykolaivna – from the office of a judge of the Khmelnytskyi local-district court of Khmelnyskyi region;
  • Tymchenko Serhii Oleksandrovych – from the office of a judge of the Pavlohradskyi local-district court of Dnipropetrovsk region;
  • Kirimova Olha Mykolaivna – from the office of a judge of the Arbuzynskyi district court of Mykolaiv region;
  • Ostash Andrii Vasylovych – from the office of a judge of the Ternopilskyi circuit administrative court;
  • Kuznietsova Olena Yuriivna – from the office of a judge of the Poltavskyi court of appeal;
  • Arapina Nataliia Yevheniivna – from the office of a judge of the Dniprovskyi districat court of Kyiv;
  • Radzivil Alina Hryhorivna – from the office of a judge of the Brovarskyi local-district court of Kyiv region.

HCJ dismissed a judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi local-district court of Odesa region for refusing to undergo qualification evaluation

At its meeting of March 25, 2025, the HCJ took decision to dismiss Anisimova Nataliia Dmytrivna from the office of a judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi local-district court of Odesa region under subparagraph 4 of Clause 16-1 of Section XV “Transitional provisions” of the Constitution of Ukraine.

The decision was made in accordance with the submission with recommendation of the HQCJU, which states the fact that the judge Nataliia Anisimova recognized as one that having refused to undergo the qualification evaluation for compliance with the position held.

HCJ ВРП dismissed three judges for committing a significant disciplinary offence

The HCJ took decision on dismissal under paragraph 3, Part 6 of Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine of:

HCJ gave its consent to take into custody two judges of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi local-district court of Odesa region

Cooperation between the High Council of Justice and the EU Project “Pravo-Justice” will be aimed at implementing European integration measures

Priority areas of cooperation were discussed during a meeting between the Chairman of the High Council of Justice Hryhorii Usyk, the HCJ members and, the Team Leader of the EU Project “Pravo-Justice” Oksana Tsymbrivska and Olha Sribniak, Deputy Team Leader, Key Expert on Judicial Reform, Judicial Reform Component.

The Chairman of the High Council of Justice, Hryhorii Usyk, noted the significant assistance provided by the EU Project “Pravo-Justice”, particularly, the expert and technical support to the activities of the Selection Commission for the selection of candidates for vacant positions in the Service of disciplinary inspectors of the High Council of Justice, the activities of the Ethics Council, as well as in the functioning of various working groups of the HJC, such as the summaries of disciplinary practice, development of the Unified Indicators for Assessing Integrity and Professional Ethics, and others.

The EU Project “Pravo-Justice” Team Leader Oksana Tsymbrivska emphasized that the key activities for the Project are measures aimed at Ukraine's European integration.
