The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy by his Decree from June 16, 2002, No. 226/2020 supported the HCJ’s submission on appointing 14 judges to positions in local general courts, which, as of now, haven’t administer justice due to the absence of judges in court staff or judges do not have powers to administer justice.

On appointing judges
According to part five of Article 126, Article 127 and part one and two of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I hereby decree:
1. To appoint to local general courts to positions:
Of the judge of the Orativskyi district court of Vinnytsia region KLYMCHUK Serhii Vasyliovych;
Of judges of the Trostianetskyi district court of Vinnytsia region: BOREIKO Olesia Hryhorivna, MUDRAK Anna Mykhailivna, NATALCHUK Olena Anatoliivna;
Of the judge of the Volodarsko-Volynskyi district court of Zhytomyr region ZBARAZHSKYI Artem Mykolaiovych;
Of judges of the Yaremchanskyi city court of Ivano-Frankivsk region: VAVRIICHUK Tetiana Liubomyrivna, OSTAPIUK Mariia Vasylivna;
Of judges of the Zhydachivskyi district court of Lviv region: PAVLIV Andrii Ivanovych; RAVLINKO Roman Hryhorovych; SLYVKA Sviatoslav Ihorovych;
Of the judge of the Turkivskyi district court of Lviv region KSHYK Oksana Ihorivna;
Of judges of the Reshetylivskyi district court of Poltava region: ZINENKO Yurii Volodymyrovych; ROMANENKO Olena Oleksandrivna;
Of the judge of the Radyvylivskyi district court of Rivne region TROTSIUK Valentyna Oleksandrivna.

It should be reminded that starting from April 27, the HCJ decided to make a submission to the President of Ukraine on appointing 424 candidates to vacant positions of judges in local general courts, out of 467 recommendations from selections from 2012, 2013, 2017 years.
