The High Council of Justice agreed on the redistribution of the state budget expenditures between the relevant courts and territorial directorates of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
The redistribution was agreed in order to ensure the payment of the judicial remuneration to the judges seconded to other courts of the same level and specialization, as well as to the judges whose secondment was terminated prematurely.
It should be reminded that the HCJ contributes to the financial independence of the courts, including by agreeing on the redistribution of the budget expenditures between the courts.
During the absence of the plenipotentiary membership of the Council, the redistribution of expenses was carried out by the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
After the resumption of the work of the constitutional body of the judicial governance, the decision on the distribution of budget expenditures among the courts (except the Supreme Court), the main holder of which is the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, will be made in the agreement with the High Council of Justice in accordance with the current legislation.
