The High Council of Justice at its meeting on February 21, 2023, decided to dismiss 43 judges based on applications for resignation, of which two are judges of the Supreme Court and 18 judges of the appellate instance.
The HCJ decided to dismiss under submission of applications for resignation:

The dismissal of Lomeiko Vitalii Valeryiovych from office of judge of the Chernihivskyi district court of Zaporizhzhia region under submission of application for dismissal on his own free will has been postponed.
Further, the HCJ decided to set back consideration of the resignation of Kukhar Dmytro Oleksiiovych from the position of judge of the Synelnykivskyi local-district court of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The HCJ decided to refuse to resign Khokhlenkov Oleksandr Vsevolodovych from the office of judge of the Donetsk circuit administrative court.
