
On January 30, 2023, the High Council of Justice extended for one year the term of secondment of one judge to the Avdiivskyi local court of Donetsk region and one judge to the Solomianskyi district Court of Kyiv.
After a forced almost eight-year break caused by active hostilities in the East of the country, the Avdiivskyi local court of Donetsk region resumed its work on January 20, 2022 after the Council adopted decision to second judge Serhii Pronin to the Avdiivskyi local court in Donetsk region for a period of one year.
Currently, he is the only judge who administers justice in the said court.
The High Council of Justice decided to extend for one year the term of secondment of Pronin Serhii Heorhiiovych, the judge of the Slovianskyi local-district court of Donetsk region to the Avdiivskyi local court of Donetsk region.
Thus, the administration of justice will not be suspended in the Avdiivskyi local court of Donetsk region.
In addition, in order to regulate the workload and ensure proper conditions for access to justice in the Solomianskyi district court of Kyiv, the High Council of Justice decided to extend the term of secondment of judge of the Kramatorskyi local court of Donetsk region Mytrofanova Alesia Oleksiivna to the Solomianskyi district court of Kyiv for a period of one year.
