During 2025, the staff of the Secretariat of the High Council of Justice processed 5876 citizens’ appeals and 1172 information requests.
During this period, the HCJ telephone hotline at (044) 481-06-26 received 2390 calls from citizens. Within the powers of the High Council of Justice, citizens were provided with reference information and consultations directly during these phone conversations.
The staff of the HCJ Secretariat also prepared 10 764 cover letters for sending copies of HCJ acts and acts of its bodies, issued 16 156 copies of acts of the HCJ, its bodies, and members, and edited 29 877 pages of draft HCJ documents.
Throughout 2025, the official website of the High Council of Justice published: 7232 HCJ acts, 2863 other documents, and 694 news items.
On the HCJ’s social media platforms — including its Telegram channel, Facebook page, YouTube channel, and X page — a total of 1595 informational materials were posted.
In the “Press Center” section of the “Judiciary of Ukraine” web portal, more than 3000 informational materials were published.
