On January 19, 2023, at the first meeting in the new plenipotentiary composition, the High Council of Justice decided to support with comments and suggestions the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On approval of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025”.
A copy of the decision and appendix with comments and suggestions will be forwarded to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention and to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The decision will be published on the HCJ website.
