The High Council of Justice has decided to hold an additional submission period for documents to participate in the selection for the position of Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine from 8 August 2025 to 8 September 2025.
The HCJ announced the vacancy for the Head of the State Judicial Administration and the formation of a working group on the candidate selection process on 18 January 2024.
As of now, 11 candidates have been admitted to participate in the selection for the vacant position of Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
Given the prolonged period required for the initial processing of documents submitted by applicants who expressed their intent to participate, it became necessary to update the announced procedure by holding an additional submission period in order to attract new candidates.
Previous applications submitted by persons who have already applied remain valid and do not need to be resubmitted.
In addition, on 7 August 2025 the High Council of Justice approved the Methodology for Assessing a Candidate’s Compliance with the Criteria of Integrity and Professional Competence for the Position of Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, as well as the Methodological Recommendations on Preparing the Examination for the Competitive Selection for the vacant position of Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
