On July 4, 2022 it will begin accepting documents from candidates for election to the position of a member of the HCJ by the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, on June 30, 2022, the Council of Prosecutors of Ukraine notified the Secretariat of the High Council of Justice on the date and place of the IV Extraordinary All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors, the agenda of which included the item on electing members of the High Council of Justice.
The date of the conference is August 26, 2022.
The place is the premises of the Prosecutor General’s Office (Kyiv, Riznytska St., 13/15).
According to the requirements of Articles 8, 9, 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, the Secretariat of the High Council of Justice shall announce the beginning of accepting documents from candidates for election of a member of the High Council of Justice by the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors.
Acceptance of documents of candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice will begin on July 4, 2022 at the address of Kyiv, Studentska St., 12-a.
The acceptance of documents will end at 24:00 on July 26, 2022, if documents are submitted electronically, or at 17:00 on July 26, 2022, if documents are submitted in person.
Candidates are requested to provide their contact phone number and e-mail for reply.
The list of candidates for election to the position of a member of the High Council of Justice under the quota of the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors, in the order of receipt of applications and other documents from the candidates, will be posted in the section “Candidates for the HCJ membership”.
