1. The High Council of Justice decided to dismiss KADIETOVA Olena Veniaminivna from the position of a judge of the Higher Specialized Court of Ukraine for the consideration of civil and criminal cases due to the resignation application.
2. The High Council of Justice decided to dismiss KONONYKHINA Nataliia Yuriivna from the position of a judge of the Derhachivskyi district court of Kharkiv region due to the resignation application.
3. The High Council of Justice has decided that there was no violation of the requirements regarding incompatibility by the head of the department of procedural management organization of pre-trial investigation and support of public prosecution in the regional prosecutors' offices of the Department of law enforcement supervision by security services of the Office of the Prosecutor General USHCHAPIVSKYI Yaroslav Volodymyrovych.
4. The High Council of Justice has decided to request information from the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding the disclosure and investigation of a crime in a criminal proceeding registered on March 1, 2023, in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under No... for the offense provided for in Part 1 of Article 376 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, based on the facts set out in the notification of Judge TAUS Maksym Marovych of the Lenin District Court of Dnipro.
5. The High Council of Justice has decided to request information from the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding the disclosure and investigation of a crime in a criminal proceeding entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations on March 9, 2023, under No. ... for the offense provided for in Part 1 of Article 376 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, based on the facts set out in the notification of the judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv HRYHORENKO Iryna Volodymyrivna.
6. The High Council of Justice has decided to request information from the Office of the Prosecutor General regarding the disclosure and investigation of a crime in the criminal proceedings No. ..., entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations on March 10, 2023, under the signs of a criminal offense provided for in the first part of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, based on the facts set out in the statement of the judge PARTYKA Iryna Volodymyrivna of the Lviv Court of Appeals.
7. The High Council of Justice has decided to approve the conclusions of the members of the High Council of Justice regarding the absence of grounds for taking measures to ensure the independence of the judges and the authority of justice:
Bondarenko Tetiana Znamenivna – according to the statement of the judge of the Mashivskyi district court of Poltava region KRAVETS Svitlana Volodymyrivna (incoming No. 94/0/6-23 dated February 9, 2023, incoming No. 145/0/6-23 dated February 23, 2023);
Kotelevets Alla Viktorivna – according to the statement of the judge of the Prymorskyi district court of the city of Odesa YERSHOVA Larisa Serhiivna (incoming No. 155/0/6-23 dated February 27, 2023).
8. The High Council of Justice has decided to initiate the procedure of dispatching the judges to the Suvorovskyi district court of the city of Odesa.

9. The High Council of Justice has decided to extend the deadline for the judges to provide the consent to the deployment to the Luhynskyi district court of Zhytomyr region until April 4, 2023.
