The meeting of the High Council of Justice was attended by 15 members of the Council: T. Bondarenko, O. Blazhivska, Yu. Bokova, S. Burlakov, V. Kniaziev, O. Kovbii, A. Kotelevets, D. Lukianov, R. Maselko, M. Moroz , I. Plakhtii, A. Popikova, V. Salikhov, O. Sasevych, H. Usyk.
1. The High Council of Justice decided to support, with comments and suggestions that set out in the appendix to this decision, the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On approval of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025”.
Forward a copy of the decision with appendix to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention and to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. The High Council of Justice decided to postpone consideration of approving the staffing table of the High Council of Justice for 2023.
3. The High Council of Justice decided to postpone consideration of the distribution of cases (materials), except for complaints about a judge's disciplinary misconduct and complaints about the decision to bring a judge or prosecutor to disciplinary responsibility.
