The meeting of the High Council of Justice was attended by 13 members of the Council: H. Usyk, T. Bondarenko, O. Blazhivska, Yu. Bokova, S. Burlakov, A. Kotelevets, D. Lukianov, R. Maselko, M. Moroz , I. Plakhtii, O. Popikova, V. Salikhov, O. Sasevych
1. The High Council of Justice decided to establish from March 1, 2023 the beginning of the resumption and change of the territorial jurisdiction of court cases of the courts, specified in paragraphs 1, 2 of the order of the President of the Supreme Court dated January 10, 2023 No. 2 “On the resumption of work and change of the territorial jurisdiction of court cases in Kherson region”.
2. The Odesa Court of Appeal, the Kyivskyi, Malynovskyi, Prymorskyi, Suvorovskyi district courts of the city of Odesa, the Biliaivskyi, Kominternivskyi district courts of Odesa region, the Teplodarskyi local court of Odesa region continue to consider cases (proceedings) received before February 28, 2023, inclusive, for consideration by these courts in the manner defined by part seven of Article 147 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, and in accordance with the order of the President of the Supreme Court dated March 6, 2022 No.1/0/9-22 (as amended by the order of the President of the Supreme Court dated September 26, 2022, No. 52).
