1. The High Council of Justice decided to approve the staff list of the High Council of Justice for 2023 and put it in place on January 17, 2023.
2. The High Council of Justice decided to define January 23, 2023 as the start date of settling period for determining the workload of a member of the High Council of Justice in the automated distribution of cases (materials).
Distribute among the members of the High Council of Justice the cases (materials) that were under consideration by the dismissed members of the High Council of Justice Bolotin S.M., Govorukha V.I., Gryshchuk V.K., Ivanova L.B., Krasnoshchekova N. S., Matviichuk V.V., Prudivus O.V., Razvalyaeva T.S., Sukhovyi V.H., Shvetsova L.A., Shelest S.B., as well as the distribution of cases (materials) received by the High Council of Justice after February 22, 2022, except for complaints about disciplinary misdemeanour of a judge and complaints about decision on bringing a judge or prosecutor to disciplinary responsibility.
