1. The High Council of Justice decided to approve the changes to the staff list of the High Council of Justice for 2023, applying them from January 23, 2023.
2. The High Council of Justice decided in addition to the decision of the High Council of Justice of January 19, 2023 No. 1/0/15-23 “On the position of the High Council of Justice on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On approval of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023–2025” to clarify the comments and proposals of the High Council of Justice set out in the appendix to the decision of the High Council of Justice dated January 19, 2023 No. 1/0/15-23 “On the position of the High Council of Justice on the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On approval of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023–2025 years, according to the appendix.
