The Selection Commission together with Association of women Judges hod on August 17, 2022 webinar on the topic Completion of the application period of the competition to the HQCJ: what the candidate should pay attention to. During the meeting the potential candidates got information about the typical errors in the submission of applications and documents by candidates for participation in the competition for the positions of members of the HQCJ. The members of the Selection Commission Yevhen Miezientsev and Robert Broekhuijsen explained the main conditions of the competition and its components, considering the principles of transparency, independence and political neutrality and clarified the key questions of candidates regarding the preparation of documents.
In particular, the members of the Commission drew your attention to the necessity and expediency of:
• submit a complete set of documents that contain current information as of the date of their submission.
• submit copies of documents of appropriate quality.
• additionally provide those documents that would confirm the level of qualification and professional competence, as well as illustrate professional experience in the field of law in more detail.
