Following item 236 of Chapter III “Final and transitional provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, the High Council of Justice informs that December 23, 2024, is determined as the date of starting of work of the Service of disciplinary inspectors of the High Council of Justice based on the decision of the High Council of Justice of December 10, 2024, No. 3582/0/15-24.
The announcement was published in the “Holos Ukrainy” newspaper of December 21, 2024, No. 194 (246).
The Service of Disciplinary Inspectors was established for realization of powers of the High Council of Justice regarding exercising disciplinary proceedings against judges. Its composition includes disciplinary inspectors of the HCJ, Head of the Service, his Deputy and employees, who provide organizational support for the service.
