The National Bank of Ukraine has decided to open a special fundraising account to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the website of the National Bank of Ukraine this decision came in connection with the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and the threat to Ukraine’s independence and territorial integrity.
The account was established and opened both for transferring funds in foreign currency (US dollars, Euros, British pounds, Swiss francs, Australian, Canadian dollars, Renminbi yuan and Yen), and from Ukrainian businesses and citizens - in national currency.
The National Bank has also opened fundraising account for humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians affected by Russia’s aggression.
