Webinar “Completion of the application period of the competition to the HQCJ: what should the candidate pay attention to” will take place

On July 15, 2022, the first competition for positions of members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges was renewed, the application stage of which will continue till August 22, 2022, inclusive. 
By the result of the competition, the Selection Commission will form the list of winners, among whom the High Council of Justice will appoint to positions 16 members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

The Selection Commission on the selection of candidates for positions of HQCJ members together with the All-Ukrainian association of women judges invite representatives of legal professions – judges, lawyers, scientists, prosecutors, and also specialists of other fields of law, on August 17 at 14:00 for the webinar “Completion of the application period of the competition to the HQCJ: what should the candidate pay attention to”, aimed at the procedure of the competition selection and requirements regarding the preparation of documents.

During the webinar, the following issues will be discussed:

·         Typical mistakes while filing applications and documents by the candidates for the participation in the competition for the position of HQCJ members 

·         Next stages of competitive procedures 

·         Questions and answers regarding the preparation of documents for participation in the competition

Moderator of the event: Nadiia Stefaniv, judge of the Supreme Court, president of the PO “All-Ukrainian association of women judges”  

Speakers:

·         Yevhen Miezientsev, member of the Selection Commission on selection candidates for positions of HQCJ members, judge of the Sixth administrative court of appeal

·         Robert Broekhuijsen, member of the Selection Commission on selection candidates for positions of HQCJ members, former special prosecutor of the Dutch Prosecution Service, lawyer
